OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Peach Club "April Arms & Abs" Challenge
1. Sponsor
The "April Arms & Abs" Challenge (the "Challenge") is sponsored by The Peach Club ("TPC", the "Sponsor").
2. Challenge Period
The Challenge begins on April 13, 2026 and ends on April 26, 2026 (the "Challenge Period").
3. Eligibility
The Challenge is open worldwide to individuals who:
- Are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry;
- Have internet access and a valid email address; and
- Are not employees, contractors, officers, directors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this Challenge.
A paid membership to The Peach Club provides access to additional fitness content and features but is not required to enter the Challenge or to be eligible to win a prize.
5. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method.
A. Participation Entry (Paid or Free Access)
Participants may enter by registering for the Challenge via the sign-up form at thepeachclub.co and participating in the April Arms & Abs Challenge activities during the Challenge Period.
To be eligible, participants must:
- Complete all 10 classes by April 26, 2026; and
- Post each completed class to their Instagram Story during the Challenge Period.
Access to Challenge content may be available through a paid TPC membership or other access methods offered by the Sponsor.
B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchasing a TPC membership, an eligible entrant may submit:
- Full name
- Email address
- Country of residence
- A written submission of at least 100 words answering the following question: "What does 'starting strong' mean to you in your fitness or wellness journey?"
Mail the submission in a sealed envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than April 24, 2026 and received within a reasonable time thereafter, as determined by the Sponsor. The Peach Club is not responsible for postage delays, issues, or loss.
Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person.
Mail-in entries will be entered into the same draw and have the same chance of winning as all other eligible entries.
6. Winner Selection
This is a prize promotion with winner(s) selected by random draw. All eligible entries — whether submitted via participation entry or free alternative mail-in entry — will be entered into a single draw conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representatives following the end of the Challenge Period.
Decisions are final and binding.
7. Prizes
Three (3) winners will be selected and awarded the following prizes:
- 1st Place: $1,000 CAD cash
- 2nd Place: $500 CAD lululemon gift card
- 3rd Place: RHODE x TPC Gift Set
Cash prize will be awarded in Canadian dollars via a method determined by the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitution for non-cash prizes unless required by law.
The approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,500+ CAD. The Sponsor is not responsible for any difference between the stated and actual retail value of prizes.
8. Skill-Testing Question (Canada Requirement)
To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
Failure to correctly answer the question may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Winner Notification
Selected entrants will be contacted using the email address provided at entry within two (2) weeks of the end of the Challenge Period.
If a selected entrant:
- Does not respond within the time specified by the Sponsor,
- Fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or
- Is otherwise ineligible,
the Sponsor may select an alternate entrant from all remaining eligible entries.
10. Social Media
Participants are encouraged to share their April Arms & Abs Challenge experience by posting each completed class to their Instagram Stories during the Challenge Period.
Social media activity may be considered as one factor in evaluating overall engagement; however, posting on social media is not required to enter or win, and entries will not be disqualified for choosing not to post.
This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Challenge will be used solely for Challenge administration and in accordance with The Peach Club's Privacy Policy.
12. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge if it cannot be conducted as intended due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
13. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Challenge or the acceptance or use of any prize.
14. Governing Law
This Challenge is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
