  • Sponsor

The "Sculpt & Steps 2026" Challenge (the "Challenge") is sponsored and administered by The Peach Club ("TPC" or the "Sponsor"), 58-6127 Eagle Ridge Crescent, Whistler, British Columbia V8E 0W7, Canada. The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

  • Eligibility

The Challenge is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

  • are legal residents of a country or territory in which the Challenge and receipt of a cash prize are lawful, excluding residents of Quebec;
  • have reached the age of majority in their country, state, province, or territory of residence;
  • have a valid email address and internet access; and
  • are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, representative, agent, or immediate family or household member of the Sponsor or any person involved in administering the Challenge.

For these Terms, "immediate family" means a spouse, parent, sibling, child, or the spouse of any of them, whether or not they live with the person. The Challenge is void in Quebec and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law. The Sponsor will not accept an entry or award a prize in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful or would require a registration, bond, filing, licence, or governmental approval that the Sponsor has not completed. The Sponsor may require proof of identity, residence, age, and eligibility.

  • Challenge and Entry Period

The Challenge begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on August 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 20, 2026 (the "Challenge Period"). The Challenge program contains ten scheduled activity days within this period, with August 20 available as the final completion and submission deadline. The Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping devices for online entries. Mail-in entry deadlines are stated in Section 6.

  • Agreement to These Terms

By entering, an entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agrees to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and by the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on matters relating to the Challenge, subject to applicable law.

  • No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or paid TPC membership is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or membership will not increase an entrant's odds of winning. Each eligible person may receive no more than one entry in total, regardless of entry method.

  • How to Enter

A. Online Participation Entry

During the Challenge Period, visit thepeachclub.co, register using the official Challenge sign-up form, complete the ten-day Sculpt & Steps program in accordance with the instructions made available by the Sponsor, and submit any final completion confirmation requested by the Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PT on August 20, 2026. Access to TPC content may be available through a paid membership or other access offered by the Sponsor; however, paid access is not required because the free mail-in entry method below provides an equal method of entry.

Posting on Instagram or any other social media platform is encouraged but is not required to enter, complete the Challenge, or win. A social media post provides no additional entry and does not improve an entrant's odds of winning.

B. Free Mail-In Entry

To enter without purchasing a membership or completing the online Challenge activities, an eligible entrant must legibly hand-print the following information on a sheet of paper:

  • full legal name;
  • email address;
  • country of residence, city, state/province/region if applicable, and postal code;
  • the statement: "I confirm that I have reached the age of majority where I live, that I am legally permitted to enter this Challenge and receive the prize, and that I have read and agree to the Official Terms & Conditions"; and
  • an original written response of at least 50 words to: "What does showing up for yourself mean in your movement or wellness routine?"

Place the submission in a sealed, sufficiently stamped envelope and mail it to:

The Peach Club - Sculpt & Steps 2026 Challenge
58-6127 Eagle Ridge Crescent
Whistler, BC  V8E 0W7
Canada

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 20, 2026 and received by the Sponsor no later than September 11, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person and one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or bulk submissions are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for postal delays, damage, or loss. Every valid mail-in entry will be placed in the same draw and will have the same chance of winning as every valid online participation entry.

  • Entry Limit and Verification

Limit one entry per person, regardless of method. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry received or recorded will be eligible, as determined by the Sponsor. Entries will not be returned. An entrant keeps ownership of any original written material submitted with a mail-in entry and grants the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, and review that material solely as needed to administer the Challenge, verify eligibility, and maintain required records. The Sponsor may verify any entry and disqualify an entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, submitted through unauthorized means, or not made in accordance with these Terms.

  • Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 15, 2026, the Sponsor or its designated representative will conduct a random draw in British Columbia from all eligible online and mail-in entries received. Four potential winners will be drawn. A person may win no more than one prize. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries are treated equally, regardless of entry method. If fewer than four eligible entries are received, the Sponsor will award only as many prizes as there are eligible entries, and any remaining prize will not be awarded.

  • Prizes

Four prizes are available. Each prize consists of $500 CAD in cash. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,000 CAD. Each prize will be paid in Canadian dollars by electronic transfer, cheque, or another reasonable method selected by the Sponsor.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for any other prize, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Winners are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, bank fees, or other costs associated with accepting a prize, including currency-conversion or international-transfer charges. If a selected entrant cannot lawfully receive the prize or the Sponsor cannot lawfully deliver it because of applicable sanctions, payment restrictions, or local law, that entrant will be ineligible and an alternate potential winner may be selected. The Sponsor will not reduce a prize because an entrant used the free entry method.

  • Mathematical Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance and within the time limit set by the Sponsor, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by email, telephone, video call, or another reasonable method. If a selected entrant answers incorrectly, refuses to answer, or does not answer within the permitted time, that entrant will be disqualified and the Sponsor may draw an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

  • Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential winners will be contacted at the email address supplied with their entry, generally within five business days after the draw. To be confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant must, within the deadline stated in the notification:

  • respond to the Sponsor;
  • correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question;
  • provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residence, and eligibility if requested; and
  • sign and return a declaration of eligibility and prize acknowledgement or release, if lawfully requested by the Sponsor.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within five business days, fails the skill-testing question, does not provide requested documents within seven days, refuses the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, the entrant forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may draw an alternate. This process may be repeated until the prize is awarded or there are no eligible entries remaining.

  • Prize Delivery

The Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to deliver each prize within 30 days after the applicable winner has been verified and has supplied the information reasonably required to deliver the prize. A winner is responsible for ensuring that their payment and contact information is accurate.

  • Social Media

Entrants and participants are encouraged to share their Sculpt & Steps experience on Instagram Stories or other social media, but sharing is entirely optional. Social media activity will not be used to determine eligibility, will not provide additional entries, and will not affect the odds of winning. Entrants must not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing, or unsafe content, and must follow the rules of the platform they use.

  • Health and Participation Safety

Participation in physical activity is voluntary and is not required for a mail-in entry. Each participant is responsible for deciding whether the Challenge activities are appropriate for them. Challenge content is general fitness information and is not medical advice. Participants should consult a qualified health professional before beginning if they have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or have any other concern about exercising safely. Participants should use a safe environment, follow the instructions provided, work within their abilities, and stop activity and seek appropriate assistance if they experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or another concerning symptom. The Sponsor does not guarantee any particular health, fitness, or appearance-related result.

  • Privacy

The Sponsor will collect and use the personal information supplied with an entry only as reasonably necessary to administer the Challenge, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, contact and confirm winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate Challenge records. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, the Sponsor relies on performance of the entrant's agreement to these Terms as the lawful basis for the processing needed to run the Challenge and award prizes, on its legitimate interests in preventing fraud and protecting the integrity of the Challenge, and on compliance with a legal obligation where record-keeping or reporting is required. The Sponsor may share this information with service providers performing those functions on its behalf and with authorities where required by law.

Entering the Challenge does not enroll an entrant in marketing communications. Any optional marketing consent must be requested separately and may be withdrawn without affecting Challenge eligibility. Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Peach Club's Privacy Policy and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Information submitted by entrants outside Canada may be transferred to and processed in Canada, where privacy laws may differ from those in the entrant's home jurisdiction. Entrants may contact [email protected] to ask about applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, or withdrawal rights.

  • Winner Announcement and Publicity

The Sponsor may announce a confirmed winner using the winner's first name, last initial, city, and province or territory, where permitted by law. Any broader use of a winner's name, image, voice, testimonial, social media content, or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to any additional consent required by applicable law and will not be a condition of entry.

  • Conduct and Disqualification

The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry or draw process, attempts to obtain more than one entry, provides false information, interferes with another person, acts in an abusive or disruptive manner, or otherwise violates these Terms. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge may violate civil or criminal law. The Sponsor reserves any remedies available at law.

  • Technical and Administrative Errors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, corrupted, delayed, blocked, or not received because of postal, network, device, platform, email, or technical problems. If an error results in more potential winners being notified than the number of prizes stated in these Terms, the Sponsor may award the affected prize or prizes by a random draw among the eligible claimants, subject to applicable law.

  • Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

If fraud, tampering, a technical failure, a platform outage, a public emergency, legal or regulatory change, or another event beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Challenge, the Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, suspend, modify, or cancel the Challenge. If practical and fair, the Sponsor will select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event or by another method that preserves the integrity of the promotion. Any material change will be communicated through the Challenge website or another reasonable channel.

  • Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, service providers, successors, and assigns from claims arising directly from entry in the Challenge or the acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, except to the extent caused by a released party's gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer or other statutory right.

  • Governing Law and Disputes

The Challenge and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-waivable right or mandatory protection available to an entrant under the laws of their home jurisdiction, disputes will be brought before the courts located in British Columbia, Canada. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

  • Contact and Copy of the Terms

Questions about the Challenge or requests for a copy of these Terms may be sent to [email protected]. A list of the confirmed winners, in the form described in the Winner Announcement and Publicity section, is available free of charge on written request sent to the same address within 90 days after the draw. The current version of these Terms should be made available at thepeachclub.co throughout the Challenge and until all prizes have been awarded.
