The Peach Club workouts have a base in Pilates and focus on functional movement. All you need is a yoga mat, small weights, a resistance band, a pilates ball, and 25 - 50 minutes. All classes are led by instructor Hayden Korte-Moore. 7 day free trial cancel anytime. 

Peach Club workouts have changed my life, this week marks a full year of doing 4-5 of them a week with 5-8 pounds (along with marathon training and healthy lifestyle changes) with no real goal of loosing weight but just being happy and feeling confident and loving my body, but I went from a size 32 to a size 24 and I feel so strong, can run faster and longer and have abs for the first time in my life and love my body which is wild to be able to say.
