The Peach Club workouts have a base in Pilates but focus on functional movement. All you need is a yoga mat and 25 - 60 minutes. Some classes require either small weights, a resistance band, or a pilates ball. All classes are led by instructor Hayden Korte-Moore. Cancel your membership at any time.
